Ahhh my first entry in my love blog.
I'm sitting here supposed to be working on a project and ended up texting my best guy friend (whom I've dated before). We were best friends, in a relationship, back to best friends. Anyway, he made some smart comment so I sent him a text that said "I hate you" and he replied with "No you don't". So I sent back "Then how do I feel about you?" and he relplied with "best friend love". Which made me begin to wonder. Is it possible to truly love some one just as a friend? I know it seems logical to have strong caring feelings toward friends but is that really what we consider love? Or is it true, there really are different types of love and this "best friend love" is one of them? To me I understand 2 girl friends sharing this "best friend love" bond, because often times friendship can be more like a sisterhood. But when it comes to a guy/girl friendship in which they've previously dated I think that "best friend love" doesn't exist! It just doesnt seem right to have a guy telling me he loves me, as a best friend.
